Paragraph 35. Turkish Toweling is a coarsely woven cloth in which, by a special method of weaving, the woof threads are continuously thrown up on the right and wrong sides in short loops. It is used for towels, wash cloths and bath mats. The loose threads make it particularly valuable for bath towels, as they give it a decided absorbing quality. It is usually found in white, but sometimes in plain colors. Most common width 15" to 24". Usual price per yard, 25c to 50c.
