Question 362.— John Billings opens a savings bank account in the name of " John Billings and Mary Billings or either." John Billings dies. Is the bank justified in paying the amount to the executors of John Billings, or must it only pay on a cheque of Mary Billings? Should Mary Billings be the executrix, would it make any difference ?
