Question 379.— In sending a notice through the post to a " limited " company, would the omission of " Ltd." from the address on the envelope effect the legality of the notice ?
Answer.—A notice addressed to a joint-stock company, with the word "limited" omitted from the address, would nevertheless be a good notice.
