Miquelon Island, Gulf of St. Lawrence. (DelÓmare.) This species has been referrd to Bazzania deflexa Nees, by Austin. (Pearson.) My specimens from Nova Scotia referred to B. triangularis may be this species, or this may be a form of B. triangularis. (Macoun.)
