B. praecox: biennial; stem 1-2 feet long, slender; leaves lyrate, the upper pair of lobes as broad as the roundish sub-cordate terminal lobe, uppermost pinnatifid, with linear-oblong entire lobes; flowers small, yellow, the raceme close; pods patent, straight. - Waste places.
