Family, Parsley. The umbels of flowers have rather large involucres of narrow bracts underneath. Leaves, pinnate, the 5 to 9 pairs of leaflets sharply or obtusely toothed or lobed, 3 inches long or less. An erect stem, rather coarse, 6 to 30 inches high. July and August.
