Peel enough peaches and slice into thin slices, to each cup of sliced peaches add half cup sugar. Line pie pan with pie dough and fill, put tablespoonful melted butter over the peaches and sugar. Put on top crust and bake a light brown and until the fruit boils up through the holes in the crust.
Chop the peaches up fine, sweeten to taste, fill pie pan lined with pie crust, flavor with a little butter. Put on top crust and bake in hot oven.
Pick over and wash the dried peaches, add a little water and cook until soft, stir in enough sugar to sweeten, let cool. Line pie tin and fill, bake in hot oven.
Pick over and thoroughly wash the peaches for your pies, add a little water and cook until very soft, then run through a colander, for each cupful peaches take almost half cupful sugar stir together, fill pie tin lined with dough put tablespoonful butter over top, of filling, put on top crust and bake in hot oven.
