Salt and pepper to taste. A little made mustard. A few drops of salad oil. Vinegar to mix the whole to a paste. Salad Mash the cheese well with a fork, or, if preferred, grate it. Mix it to a smooth paste with the mustard, oil, and vinegar, and season carefully with salt and pepper. Pile it up neatly on a small glass dish or plate, and arrange a border of any nice salad round.
