Required: One ounce of ground rice. One ounce of proteid food. One pint of water. Half a teaspoonful of castor sugar. Juice of one lemon (or nutmeg to taste). Mix the ground rice and the proteid food together with the water. Cook in the double pan hot-air cooker, and bring it to the boil. Add the sugar, and, if too thick, add a little more water or milk. Now add the lemon-juice (or nutmeg), and serve hot.
