Take 1 pound of pine-nuts, wash and put them in the oven, and roast to a light-brown color; then grind or mash them to a butter. To 1 1/2 of this butter take 1 1/2 cups of water, I cup of corn-starch, 1 heaping teaspoonful of salt, and 1 heaping tablespoonful of granola; mix all together thoroughly, put into a basin and steam for one hour, then bake until nicely browned on top. Cut in slices and serve.
