Pineapple Delight Cake # |

2 eggs
1 - 20oz. can Dole crushed pineapple (do NOT drain)
1 cup white sugar
1 cup Domino's dark brown sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 cups flour
1 cup chopped nuts
In a bowl add eggs--beat with a whisk. Add crushed pineapple and its juice,
flour, white sugar, brown sugar, baking soda--stir with a spoon until well
blended. Add chopped nuts--stir. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9 x
13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes. Test with a toothpick
for doneness.
