Hepar Sulpuris, Impure Calcium Sulphide. The salt employed by the homeopaths in IX to hasten suppuration and in 6x in the treatment of scrofula and ulcerations generally. It probably presents no advantages over ordinary calcium sulphide (q. v.) unless it be to eliminate mercury from the system.
