One hundred c.c. represent 10 gm. of the drug.
Incompatibilities: The tincture should not be prescribed with alkalies.
Dosage: 0.5 c.c. or 8 minims, representing approximately 0.00015 gm. or 1/400 grain of mydriatic alkaloids.
