81. Where initial displacement occurs, the second word of the phrase is known to be in its normal position, because the first word is displaced. When, without initial displacement, the second word simply happens to fall into its normal place, its position has no significance, and gives no aid in reading the word. In such a case the word is read, not by the aid of position, but by means of context or outline, or, if necessary, vocalization.
