Defendant agreed to pay plaintiff $100 to find a purchaser for a farm at $2,400, the purchaser to receive one-third of the crops; defendant procured a purchaser who agreed to pay $2,400 for the land and the landlord's share of the crops; there was no evidence as to what constituted the landlord's share of the crops, or of the purchaser's ability to pay.
