"Where a contract employing a broker to procure a purchaser of real estate in Louisiana did not fix the compensation, but it appeared that the contract was made in Louisiana, without anything to indicate that the parties contemplated a performance elsewhere, and the sale was consummated there, the law of Louisiana governs as to the amount of the compensation, which must be determined by the customary commissions paid for like services in that State.
