Where, in an action against a broker who had effected a sale of plaintiff's land, the petition alleged that defendant received from the purchaser a sum of money for the use of plaintiff and retained it, refusing to pay it over, the petition was not insufficient for failing to allege that defendants were authorized to collect the money.
