Though the owner was at liberty under the agreement to sell the property himself, the mere fact that he had given a prospective purchaser an option on the property, subject to revocation by either party at any time, did not relieve the principal of liability for a commission if the broker during the time given him found a customer able, ready and willing to buy on the owner's terms.
