Lady's Cloth. A term by which is distinguished a class of fine, wide flannels slightly napped, used for making ladies' light wraps and dresses.
It is one or the best as well as one of the most expensive descriptions of flannel, being woven of fine wool and rarely adulterated with an admixture of cotton. [See Broadcloth]
