If any controversy or difference shall arise between said partners, at any time during the continuance of said partnership, or thereafter and before final settlement, between the partners, regarding the business, accounts or transactions of said partnership, or the construction of these articles, or the valuation of assets, or the rights, powers or labilities of the partners, or any other matter or thing connected with said partnership, then each and every such controversy and difference shall be submitted to the decision of three disinterested arbitrators, one to be chosen by each of the parties hereto, and the third by the two so chosen; and the award of a majority of said arbitrators shall be final and conclusive upon the parties hereto.
