Milk, 1 cup,
Grated cheese, 6 tablespoons,
Green pepper, 1, chopped.
Scald the milk in a double boiler, add the cheese and stir until it melts. Then put in the eggs, slightly beaten, season with salt and pepper or paprika.
Butter 6 individual molds and sprinkle them with the green pepper. Fill with custard and bake.
