Eggs, 6,
Onions, 2,
Tomatoes, 3,
Green chilli peppers, 2,
Chopped parsley, 1 salt-spoon,
Melted butter, 1 tablespoon.
Chop together the onions, tomatoes, and chilli peppers; add a salt-spoon of chopped parsley, and put all into a frying-pan with a tablespoon of melted butter, and cook for 5 minutes.
Fry the eggs on both sides, and then pour the sauce over the eggs, and serve hot.
