Milk, 1 1/2 cups,
Eggs, well-beaten, 2,
Flour, 2 cups,
Salt, 1/2 teaspoon,
Melted butter, 1 tablespoon,
Baking-powder, 2 heaping teaspoons.
Add the milk to the rice, and stir so that there may be no lumps. Add to this the salt, and the eggs, well-beaten. Then sift in the flour. Add the butter, melted, and the baking-powder.
Bake at once.
