Card Punch

Mix one pint bottle grape juice and two pint bottles ginger ale. Have glasses half full of finely crushed ice and fill with mixture.

Luncheon Punch

1 quart Apollinaris 1 quart White Grape Juice.

Pack bottled ingredients in salt and ice and let stand until thoroughly chilled. Just before serving mix and pour into a chilled pitcher.

Moette Punch

1 cup pineapple syrup.

1 cups white grape juice.

1 pint Apollinaris Sugar.

Mix fruit juices, add Apollinaris and sweeten to taste. Pour into punch bowl and add one quart raspberry ice moulded in five round moulds.

German Punch

1 cup grape juice 1 cup cider.

cup grape fruit juice 2 bottles Lithia water.


Mix first four ingredients and sweeten to taste. Pour into a punch bowl over a large cake of ice.

Oriental Punch

1 cup sugar 1 cup water 6 cloves.

1 inch stick cinnamon.

1/2 tablespoon chopped.

Canton ginger.

Juice 2 lemons.

Juice 3 oranges.

1 drop oil of peppermint.

Green coloring.

Mint leaves.

Make a syrup by boiling sugar and water six minutes. Add cloves, cinnamon, and ginger; cover and let stand until cold. Add fruit juices, strain, color green, and add peppermint. Let stand one hour and pour into punch bowl over a cake of ice. Garnish with fresh mint leaves.

Fruit Punch With Whipped Cream

1 pint bottle grape juice 3 tablespoons lemon juice 1/3 cup orange juice 1 cup fresh pineapple pulp with juice cup domino sugar Zest 1 lemon.

Zest 1 orange.

4 sprigs fresh mint.

Few grains salt.

Few gratings nutmeg.

Crushed ice.

1 pint bottle soda water.

Whipped cream.

Mix fruits and add sugar, which has been rubbed over lemon and orange to remove zest; then add mint, salt, and nutmeg. Cover, and let stand in ice-box one hour to ripen. Pour over crushed ice, add soda water, and serve in tall glasses with whipped cream on top. Garnish with mint leaves.

Pineapple Julep

1 quart canned pineapple Juice 2 lemons Juice 2 oranges 1 cup sugar 1/2 cup water.

1/2 cup raspberry syrup cup brandy 2 tablespoons gin 1 pint Moselle wine 1 pint Apollinaris water.

Cut pineapple in small pieces and add lemon juice, orange juice, sugar, and water. Bring to the boiling point and let boil seven minutes. Add remaining ingredients, cool, and strain into a punch bowl over a large cake of ice.

Siberian Punch

2 cups sugar 1 cup orange juice 1 cup lemon juice 1 cup pineapple juice cup rum.

cup brandy Few grains salt Pink coloring Block of ice 1 quart Apollinaris.

Pour fruit juices over sugar, cover and let stand until sugar has dissolved. Add rum, brandy, and salt, and color pink. Pour over ice in punch bowl, and just before serving add Apollinaris. Garnish with four thin slices of lemon (from which seeds have been removed), five thin slices of banana cut crosswise, and eight strawberries cut in halves lengthwise.
