Biliousness

Take daily the juice of 2 small lemons or 1 large one. Take no other remedy and you will soon be cured.

Felon

Cut off the end of a lemon and insert the finger and bind it on. In the morning the matter will be drawn to surface, when it can be removed with penknife.

Hiccoughs

The most severe case can be cured by taking lemonade until relieved.

Blood Poisoning

When it is found blood poisoning has set in or when feared, use following: To the juice of 1/2 a lemon add 1 teaspoon of sugar and 1/2 a teaspoon of water. Take hot at a dose and repeat every 30 minutes for first 3 hours, after that every 2 hours. A cure will be effected in a day.
