Tomato Salad

Take medium sized tomatoes, remove skins and seeds. Fill tomatoes with mixture of Philadelphia cream cheese, moisten with cream or salad dressing, to which has been added chopped nuts and a little pimento. Chill and serve on lettuce leaf with mayonnaise. Mrs. George E. Potter.

Tomato Nut Salad

Pour boiling water over tomatoes of even size; peel, put on ice until cold. Cut off stem ends and scoop out centers. Chop English walnuts, not too fine; mix with a very little Mayonnaise Dressing. Fill tomatoes; sprinkle with salt and paprika. Put salad dressing on top. Serve on lettuce.
