The fifth annual meeting was held in Philadelphia, on the 14th and 15th of June, and was called to order by President Fotler of Boston. James J. H. Gregory, of Marblehead, Mass., delivered an address on " Experimental Stations " and proposed a uniform method of testing, to place all parties on a like basis. A committee of which he is chairman was appointed to carry out the resolution. C. L. Allen, Garden City, L. I., read a paper on "Selections." At this moment we had to break off to go to press.
