Cysticercus Cellulosoe is the larval stage of the T. solium. Is an elliptical, translucent, bladder-like structure, 6 to 12 mm. long by 5 to 10 mm. broad, with a white spot at its equator, due to the invaginated head. May be found in all parts of the body. Takes about six months for the embryo to develop to the bladder-worm stage.
