A saturated aqueous solution of chloroform containing approximately 1 part in 200.
Dosage: It may be made extemporaneously by adding a few drops of chloroform to a glass of water, shaking well and allowing the excess to subside. A teaspoonful contains approximately 0.02 c.c. or 1/3 minim of chloroform. The average dose of chloroform water is 15 c.c. or 4 fluidrams.
