Hydrated Protosul-phuret of Iron: is stated by Orfila to be an efficacious antidote in poisoning by corrosive sublimate; but to have any effect it should be taken immediately after the poison has been swallowed. It is also stated to be an antidote in poisoning by the Salts of Tin, Antimony, Silver, and Arsenic.
