Place some bricks in the closet, and take a tin or iron pan and after having heated the pan red hot, pour into it hot vinegar, and placing the pan on the bricks, close the door as soon as the vinegar commences to hiss on the heated surface of the pan, and keep the closet-door closed for the remainder of the day.
