In an action for broker's commission, evidence that defendant offered to help advertise the farm, and stated that if any one came plaintiff should take charge of him and he would get his commission just the same, was admissible, though not pleaded, to show scope of agency. Ross v. Major, 163 S. W. 880, 178 Mo. App. 431.
