In an action for services rendered by plaintiff in purchasing property for defendant, testimony that defendant's agent solicited witness to go to plaintiff and induced plaintiff to negotiate for the purchase of the property, and that witness accordingly went to plaintiff and represented to him that defendant's agent was authorized to employ him on defendant's behalf, was admissible to show plaintiff's employment by defendant's agent.
