Where plaintiff, pursuant to her employment to sell certain land for defendant, produced a purchaser who was willing to take an option on the land, defendants were justified in refusing to consider the proposition of another customer for a portion of the land furnished by plaintiff until the negotiations pending with the first customer were terminated.
