The manufacture or sale of oleomargarine, butterine, lard compounds, and the like, may be prohibited absolutely, under the police power, although such articles may not be injurious to health when used as food.7 Statutes on this subject have been held not invalid, and not depriving any person of any constitutional right or privilege of either state or national government.8
