Question 163. - A sight draft is made by "A" upon "B," drawn out payable to the order of......bank, and cashed upon the security of the endorsement of " C." Is there any question regarding the wording of the draft adversely affecting such security, and, if so, upon what grounds?
Answer. - We consider the endorser is a guarantor of payment, and that in case of dishonour he could be effectively sued.
