Gum Arabic...................... | 8 ounces. |
Water............................ | 1 pint. |
Wash the Gum Arabic with Water, to free it from impurities, and add the Water, stirring occasionally until dissolved.
Used in the proportion of three (3) or four (4) ounces of the Gum Arabic to one (1) gallon, of syrup.
