Sour cream, 1 cup, Vinegar, 2 tablespoons, Salt, 1/2 teaspoon, Cayenne, a dash.
Beat the cream until it thickens, then add the vinegar, salt, and pepper. Lemon-juice may be used instead of the vinegar.
