6 tablespoons barley, rice, or bread flour 2 tablespoons mustard 2 tablespoons salt 1 cup condensed milk

2 cups mild vinegar 2 cups water 4 eggs

1/2 cup margarine 2 cups cream

Mix well first three ingredients; add slightly beaten yolks, milk, water, and vinegar. Cook over hot water until thick, stirring constantly; then add margarine. When partly cooled, fold in stiffly beaten whites, and just before serving add whipped cream.
