1 quart rice flour or
3/4 quart potato flour
1 quart barley flour
1 quart pastry flour
2 tablespoons salt 1/2 cup baking powder 1 cup shortening Milk to moisten
Mix, roll, cut, and bake as Rye Biscuit. Make as soft as can be handled.
