The grated rinds of one orange and one lemon, the juice of both, two dessert-spoonfuls of red currant jelly, a little cayenne pepper or not. Mix together, and pass through a hair sieve. Serve cold in a sauceboat. Good with cold meat, or tomatoes cut in slices. Heated, with the addition of a tablespoonful of port wine, it is good with roast duck.
