2 lbs. cooked beef. 1/2 lb. chopped suet. 2 lbs. sugar. 1 cup molasses. 2 lbs. raisins. 1/2 lb. lemon peel. 2 lbs. currants. 1/2 lb. orange peel. 1 tablespoon salt. 1/2 tablespoon cloves. 1 tablespoon mace. 1/2 tablespoon allspice. 1 tablespoon cinnamon. Apples.
Chop and measure twice as much apples as meat. Use stock and cider to mix quite moist. Cook down thoroughly
