This is made by boiling 5 gal. of paraffin with 8 lb. soft soap, and adding 1 pt. of cold water, constantly stirring. When cool this becomes a jelly, and may be used at the rate of 10 lb. to 40 gal. of soft water for aphides, red-spider, etc.
