Veronica Andersoni and salicifolia are amongst the most useful autumn flowering plants for conservatory decoration, when grown in pots and properly prepared. To keep them dwarf and bushy, as also to induce a free disposition to flower, the pots should now be plunged in coal-ashes in a sunny situation, and well supplied with water. When they get filled with roots give them manure-water once a week.- Gardener's Chronicle.
