The paper had a great deal of good, practical common sense, for which we valued it; but capitals were used where they should not be, and were not where they ought to be. It was not punctuated at all, and there were some grammatical slips which needed correction. All we can do in such cases is to lay the paper aside until we can get time to re-write it, and this may be a week or two, or even a month or more.
