This is the first remedy to be thought of in this disease. Fontanelles, especially the posterior one, wide open. Chronic hydrocephalus; very large head. Bones of skull thin and friable. Screaming and grasping the head with the hands. Head totters. Eyeballs protruding. Bars and nose cold.
