This preparation is supposed to be specially applicable, and to be preferred, in cases of eczema, psoriasis, etc., occurring in scrofulous subjects. Just how much truth there is in this, I cannot say, but think I have obtained benefit from its use in a few cases of acne that had not improved under arsenious acid alone. It may be given in pill, trituration, or solution.
