An aromatic greenish (or, when old, reddish) oil, from the leaves of an East Indian tree; one of the best remedies for flatulent colic, especially when " gouty;" and also for flying gout and chronic rheumatism.
Dose, from four to ten drops, on a lump of sugar, followed by a drink of water.
