2. 5-8 inch bit and bit stock

2. Draw outline of ends, lay out and cut mortise.

4. Turning saw and marking gauge

3. Draw outline and lay out tenons of shelf.

6. Marking saw and try-square

6. Block and Jack plane

4. Make keys.

5. Assemble parts and sandpaper.

6. Stain, fill, and varnish.
