1. Pencil, rule, knife, and dividers

1. Square and true stock.

2. Nailing square joints

2. Saw out front and back, using backsaw.

3. Fitting oblique roof

2. Bevel

3. Expansion bit

3. Bore holes in front.

4. Bit stock

4. Using bevel, fit sides to roof.

5. Block and Jack plane

5. Nail together, using 1-4 inch No. 14 brads.

6. Marking gauge and try-square

6. Sandpaper, stain and varnish.
